Yes. We are committed to offering only captive-bred (CB) and captive-bred and born (CBB) isopods.
What is your Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)?
LAG applies only to UPS Overnight shipments. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
No. All sales are final. Due to the nature of live animals, food products, and hobby supplies, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please review our Refund Policy for complete details regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges. For live animal orders shipped via UPS Overnight, please also refer to our Shipping Policy for information regarding our Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG).
Do you ship with heat packs and cold packs?
Yes. Packaging materials such as insulation, heat packs, and cold packs are included when needed at no additional charge.

How often should I feed Colony Blends?
Feeding frequency varies by species and colony size, but our blends are designed to be rotated as part of a varied diet.
